Upcoming Events and The Pink Cow Market

May 22, 2022

The gallery at Lalaland Glass Studio at 2317 County Road #1 is closed until further notice.

Lalaland Glass Studio is at The Wellington Farmer's Market every Saturday (May - October) at its new location at the beautiful Eddy Hotel and Farm. 15786 Loyalist Parkway. Just outside Wellington going towards Bloomfield. A fabulous market set in a century farm.  A place well worth visiting not only for the great line up of handmade, handgrown and all over hand done items but for a stroll through the apple orchard or skipping stones down by the water.  Saturdays 8am - 1pm.

Fantasy in the Forest Art Show - I am blown away by the talent at this show and very honored to be a part of it.  Stroll around the woodlands and soak in the imagination of 60 artists.  Saturday/Sunday July 16th, 17th 10am -5pm.  Draper Lake Road, South Frontenac.

The Pink Cow Market - see below

PEC Studio Tour - I think this will be my 15th year on the tour, although that seems like a very long time!  I have always had a great time on the tour as I get to catch up with long standing clients and to meet new ones.  One of my fall favorites.  Friday - Sunday September 30 - October 2.  Linda Barber will be back showcasing her stunning paintings of local scenes and beyond and Michelle Clayton Wood who I have yet to Meet but her 3D work looks fabulous! www.pecstudiotour.com

The Maker's  Hand - Another wonderful show I am proud to be a part of.  A fine Craft Show held at Lehigh Arena in Wellington PEC.  Friday- Sunday, November 11th-13th.  Time TBA

Busy Hands - A local show I can never miss.  My favoriate show as I get to say hi to some many people.  A grass roots community show with a quirky atmosphere!

ARTISANS. FARMERS. MAKERS

The Pink Cow Market is an event I started in 2020 at LalaLand Glass Studio. I had a large lawn that was situated between wineries in Prince Edward County.  It seemed like a great place to put on a grass roots show.  The only event that could be put on in 2020 was a farmers market with 51% farmers.  The first year 15 of us split the cost and set up some tents.  There was a great turn out and we figured we might as well do it in 2021!  It was an even bigger hit the second year, with a huge turn out and great conversations were had by all.    22 artisans and growers are invited to set up and sell sell sell! We hold it once a year.

Things we will be showcasing:

  • Fine Art, Folk Art
  • Metal Art Work for the Garden
  • Beach Glass Art
  • Photography County Art Cards and Calendars
  • and many more!
